Privacy Notice

Last updated October 2026.

When you send the quote form, the details you enter (name, project address, phone, email, project details) and any photos or PDFs you attach are emailed to the site operator, who passes them to a local tree company so it can contact you about your project. This website doesn't store submissions; it only sends that email.

We don't sell your information. We don't send marketing texts. This site doesn't use advertising trackers. Your IP address is used briefly, in memory only, to limit repeated submissions.

To ask about a request you sent, or to have it deleted, send the quote form again with "privacy request" in the project details, along with the name and approximate date of your earlier request.
